We accept payments via PayPal: and Worldpay, either using payment with a PayPal account or payments from most major credit and debit cards including: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo and Bank Funding. All transactions will be taken in Pound Sterling. Your details are handled by PayPal and Worldpay on a secure server using encryption. While it is impossible for any website to be completely impregnable to fraud, this system of a secure server and encryption offers a good level of security.
When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specific destination. Any additional charges for customer clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
All jewellery purchased comes wrapped in tissue paper in a beautiful handmade pouch.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
When you place an order to purchase a product we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order including transaction and order reference numbers.
We will ship your order when all data, including credit card information, has been approved. In order to process your order, the cardholder’s name must match the name of the billing address, and the billing address must match that of the purchasing card.
Postage and Packaging
All purchases will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier, which must be signed for. We can send an order of up to 2kg. For larger orders special arrangements will have to be made, so please contact Emma Chapman Jewels before ordering.

Full valid post codes are required for every order, we will not send any order without one. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for the failure of an order to arrive.
Most orders will take up to 5 days to be despatched once payment has been cleared in the UK, and can take approximately 7 days for overseas deliveries.

If part of your order is not available we will contact you for authorisation to make a partial shipment, or to ship alternative products.
We reserve the right to make changes to our web site including prices, products and terms and conditions without any notice being given.
Damage and Tracing Parcels
In the event that your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If you fail to do so, or if goods have been signed for as received in good condition we will not be able to offer a refund.
If products are not delivered please contact us for details of the tracking and tracing procedure.
If orders are considered by us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period of time has elapsed, we shall at our discretion either refund or resend the order.
Returns and Unwanted Goods Policy
Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase in their original packaging. Please state the fault discovered. We will either refund in full, or replace the items free of charge after they have undergone a quality control check.
Unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unworn and unused, in their original packaging at the purchaser’s expense. Refunds will be made by the original payment method, as soon as the items are received. Postage in either direction will not be refunded. Please quote your original order reference number when returning goods. We request that you send the items by Special Recorded Delivery that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
Unfortunately customised pieces cannot be returned and neither can earrings for hygiene reasons.
All international custom duties and sales taxes re non-refundable for shipments.
When emailing for a return please clearly state your order number, reason for return, and full contact information including name, address, and daytime and evening telephone number. Once we have received your email, we will give you a Returns Code, which must be included in the return packet.
Exchanges are only possible if an item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item subject to availability. If you wish to exchange please make your request clear. Exchanges can only be dispatched after the return goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Out of Stock Items
We carry many items in stock, however there are some collections, which may be on re-order or need to be specially ordered for you. We will make every effort to expedite your special order and be realistic in our estimated delivery time. Please be aware that as your order is being made especially for you, it can take from two to eight weeks. We will communicate exact times to you by email or phone. Naturally special orders are final orders.
